Queen of Coops® Limited Warranty & Replacement Parts Promise

At Queen of Coops, we believe a well-built coop should provide years of dependable service. We stand behind the quality of the components we manufacture and are committed to supporting our customers long after assembly is complete.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Queen of Coops, LLC warrants that the components supplied in your Queen of Coops Kit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use when installed and maintained according to our instructions.

Five (5) Year Limited Warranty

The following Queen of Coops manufactured components are warranted for five (5) years from the original date of purchase:

* Cedar front panels and cedar door
* HDPE Gothic Arch Roof Cap components
* Twin-wall polycarbonate panels
* Tilt 'N Slide® Compo-Roost components
* Integrated compost bin components
* Queen of Coops supplied hardware (excluding normal cosmetic wear)

Three (3) Year Limited Warranty

The following components are warranted for three (3) years from the original date of purchase:

* Custom UV-stabilized greenhouse tarp
* Clear PVC roll-up side curtains and sewn assemblies

Two (2) Year Limited Warranty

The following electrical components are warranted for two (2) years from the original date of purchase:

* Ventilation fan
* Wiring harness
* Electrical switches and supplied electrical accessories

If a covered component is determined by Queen of Coops to have failed because of a defect in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, Queen of Coops will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

* Customer-supplied lumber, framing, foundations, cattle panels, roofing, or other materials not supplied by Queen of Coops.
* Improper assembly, installation, or anchoring.
* Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized modifications.
* Damage caused by severe weather, flooding, hail, falling trees or limbs, fire, lightning, earthquakes, or other acts of nature.
* Damage caused by predators, rodents, livestock, pets, insects, or wildlife.
* Cosmetic weathering, fading, minor discoloration, or normal aging that does not affect the intended function of the product.
* Commercial, rental, agricultural, or institutional use unless otherwise approved in writing by Queen of Coops.

Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, please contact Queen of Coops with:

* Your name and proof of purchase.
* A description of the issue.
* Clear photographs of the affected component.

Queen of Coops may request additional information to evaluate the claim before approving repair or replacement.

Replacement components may be new or refurbished components of equal quality and functionality.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Replacement Parts Promise

We designed Queen of Coops to be a long-term investment, and we intend to support our customers well beyond the warranty period.

Whenever practical, Queen of Coops will continue to offer replacement components for purchase after the warranty expires. In many cases, we may provide replacement HDPE Gothic Arch Roof Cap components or greenhouse tarp assemblies at no charge, with the customer responsible only for shipping and handling. This Replacement Parts Promise is offered as a customer service benefit and is provided at the sole discretion of Queen of Coops. It does not extend or modify the Limited Warranty and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queen of Coops shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of animals, eggs, crops, profits, income, or other economic losses arising from the use of the product.

Queen of Coops' maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Queen of Coops Kit.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
